  • Cancellation Policy

    We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients, we honor the following policies:

    24-hour Advance Notice is Required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity to offer this time to another client. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment. This balance must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

    No Show Policy

    Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for any reason, will be considered a '“no-show”. They will be charged the full fee for the time and service scheduled. Please be respectful of our time.

    Late Arrivals

    If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, in order to accommodate the therapist’s schedule. It is at the therapist’s discretion to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. You will be responsible for the full fee of the service scheduled.

    Prepayment & Refund Policy

    To confirm your appointment, prepayment is required at the time of booking. Please note:

    • All prepayments are non-refundable.

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule, your prepayment will be applied as a credit to your account for future services.

    • Account credits do not expire and can be used toward any service or product at our studio.

    • In the rare event that we must cancel your appointment, you will have the option to receive a full refund or retain the amount as credit.

    We appreciate your understanding and support as this policy allows us to honor the time and preparation reserved exclusively for your experience.

  • I do not bill insurance, however, I do accept HSA and FSA cards. Depending on the insurance plan you have, you may qualify for receipt reimbursement, which I would be happy to provide.

  • We do not accommodate same-day appointments; all bookings are made through our online scheduling system where you can view our availability

  • Hydrate Well – Drink water before your session to support detoxification and prevent dehydration.

    Wear Comfortable Clothing – We recommend lightweight cotton clothing or long sleeves and pants to absorb sweat and enhance comfort.

    Arrive Relaxed – Take a few deep breaths before starting to set the tone for relaxation.

    Pre-Session Consultation – Our team will ensure the blanket is set to a comfortable temperature based on your needs and experience level.

    Enjoy the Session – Lie back, unwind, and let the infrared heat work its magic for 30-45 minutes.

    Cool Down & Rehydrate – After your session, we recommend a lukewarm shower and plenty of water to refresh and replenish.

  • Please note that our space is not ADA accessible. If you have specific needs or require assistance, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to discuss possible accommodations or alternative arrangements.

  • Please note that all prepayments and packages are non-refundable. You may share your packages with loved ones or give your session to someone else if you prepaid online and can not make the session. Thank you for understanding and supporting small business!

  • New clients are required to prepay when booking. Prepayments are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel, the amount will be applied as a credit to your account for future use.
